Senior project manager - transformation and automation

My client - one of the largest investment banks is looking for someone who can act as the key driver for the company’s projects—hands-on, and able to work with stakeholders at all levels.

1. Front-line experience is a plus (they should understand the operation flow), but supporting functions are also okay if they’ve got exposure to how the business runs. Be the key person to drive company's entire automation / transformation process.
2. Establish, maintain, and refine best-practice project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or

Hybrid) to drive operational efficiency.

Requirements:

•Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years in a senior or lead

role overseeing multiple concurrent projects.

•Evidence of managing projects with budgets exceeding $HKD 1M and cross-functional teams of 15+

members.

•Expert-level knowledge of project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and reporting

tools.
