Hedge Fund Operations Analyst - Top Tier Buyside

Job Duties:

1. On the job training to administer the process flow regarding the back end for various products such as equities and derivatives
2. Prepare and review Net Asset Value reconciliation for funds
3. Perform cash management & daily settlement for the executed trades in a timely manner
4. Responsible for accurate and timely deliver of Fund Accounting data in accordance with accounting standards and internal compliance
5. Records of risk metrics on funds on daily basis
6. Liaise with risk team and monitor news relating to the funds;
7. Liaise with the decision-makers to deliver special requests; and
8. Process improvement assignments;
9. Support new fund setup in accordance with legal requirement
10. Assist in reporting preparation including risk reporting, monthly newsletters and ad hoc reporting requests

Requirements:

1. Degree or above
2. 1-5 years + fund operations/ administrations experience , (Fresh Graduate also welcome to apply for junior openning )
3. Strong communication and presentation skills, independent and diligent;
4. Take initiatives and pay attention to details
5. Good command of English and Chinese;
6. Proficiency in PC skills, especially MS Office Applications; and
7. Good team player in an efficient working atmosphere under pressure
8. Candidate with more experience would be considered for the Senior Associate or AM position
