Our client is a leading international bank. We are looking for a UI/UX Researcher to support them on a strategic hire for a 6-month contract in Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities

• Lead research programs that support business and customer goals.
• Test and refine new ideas through prototypes and usability checks.
• Share clear insights and recommendations with senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Proven years of experience in UI/UX, design, or behavioral research across digital products.
• Advanced capability in both qualitative and quantitative methods, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and ethnographic studies.
• Proven strength in turning complex data and customer insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic decisions.
• Hands-on proficiency with leading research and collaboration platforms such as UserTesting, Dovetail, Miro, and Figma.
• Strong grounding in research governance, compliance, and data privacy within regulated environments.
