Infrastructure & Network Manager (60k-70k , Financial Service)

My client is one of the largest financial service company in the Asia market. Due to recent success, they are looking for an Infrastructure & Network Manager to join their successful team in HK







Job Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization platforms, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Administer network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity services.
• Maintain and enhance cloud environments across Azure, AWS, and other cloud platforms.
• Monitor system performance, security, and availability, ensuring business-critical systems remain operational.
• Implement upgrades, patching, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Provide Level 2/3 support, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage cybersecurity controls, vulnerability remediation, and incident response activities.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, asset inventories, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver infrastructure, cloud, and security projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 7-12 years of experience in infrastructure, network, and systems administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualization technologies.
• Solid knowledge of networking technologies, including VPN, routing, switching, and firewalls.
• Experience with cloud platforms, backup solutions, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity operations.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, PowerShell scripting, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience within financial services or regulated environments is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
• Relevant certifications (Azure, CCNA/CCNP, VMware, ITIL, CISSP, CISM) are advantageous.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin is mandatory.
