Senior Officer – Sales Promotion & Agency Engagement

A top-tier life insurer is seeking an experienced Senior Officer – Sales Promotion to join their Marketing team. The position focuses on driving sales incentive campaigns, agency conventions, industry awards, and large-scale promotional events.

What You Will Do:

1. Plan and run sales contests, awards ceremonies, and overseas agency conventions from concept through to on-site execution.
2. Direct external production houses, travel agencies, and vendors for seamless event logistics.
3. Manage corporate message write-ups, industry award entries, and ticket distribution for major corporate events.
4. Oversee agency gift premiums, promotional tools, and online gift store operations.
5. Lead ad-hoc marketing expos, roadshows, and large-scale entertainment events for agency members.

What You Will Need:

1. Relevant experience in agency promotion, trade marketing, or large-scale event management within Insurance or Financial Services.
2. Proven track record in managing vendors, event logistics, and on-site operations.
3. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
4. Proficiency in MS Office; hands-on knowledge of Photoshop/AI or basic video tools is a plus.
