Desktop Support Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a premier global financial services firm in Hong Kong for a Desktop Support L2 Specialist to join their technology team on a 12-month renewable contract.

What You Will Do:

1. Provide comprehensive L2 desktop and digital workplace support across enterprise applications and hardware.
2. Deliver high-touch technical support to executive stakeholders and senior management.
3. Perform system deployment, hardware updates, access controls, and device management using modern workplace tools.
4. Manage IT incidents and service requests in accordance with operational SLAs.

What You Will Need:

1. 6–10 years of solid experience in L2 Desktop Support / Digital Workplace engineering.
2. Industry background in Financial Services or multinational corporations is preferred.
3. Previous experience supporting VIP / C-suite executives is desirable.
4. Strong technical background in Windows OS, Office 365, endpoint management, and collaboration platforms.
5. Fluent in Cantonese and English with excellent communication skills.
