Manager, New Product and General Admin, Global Transaction Banking

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for developing UAT plan, strategies, and test cases based on business requirements, assist with post-implementation activities and provide support for production issues
2. Assist in installation and setup of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
3. Demonstrates strong ability to draft, edit, and finalize clear, well-structured reports to management.
4. Collects, organizes, and interprets data to produce accurate, insightful, and actionable reports that support decision-making.
5. Provide administrative support to the department to ensure smooth daily operation.
6. Participate in other ad-hoc departmental affairs as required

Job Requirements:

1. University graduate with major in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or related disciplines
2. Minimum of 5 years' product management and project development experience in banking industry, with good knowledge of bank’s product discipline
3. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure
4. Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
5. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
6. With common knowledge of PC configurations
