Senior Officer to Assistant Manager, General Management and Digitalization

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the general management of Trade Finance Department, including: 1) report writing, 2) data analysis, 3) preparing materials for business promotion, business conference or as per the requirement of the Management or Headquarter, 4) business event organization, 5) department training organization, 6) department administration, 7) team building for department
2. Responsible for the digitalization of trade finance business, including: 1) business system optimization, 2) e-banking optimization, consolidation on user requirements, system parameter maintenance, 3) develop and follow up trade finance and corporate banking digitalization project.
3. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
4. Report to Section Head

Job Requirements:

1. University graduate with major in Business, Management, Finance, Int'l Trade, IT or other discipline.
2. Minimum 1 years of banking experience, preferably in trade finance, corporate banking or Information Technology
3. Proficiency in MS Office applications, inclusive of Excel, Word, PowerPoint; AI skill is a plus.
4. Self-motivated with Excellent communication and analytical skills
5. Quick learner and reliable, diligent with team spirit
6. Strong command of both written and spoken Chinese, including Putonghua
