  • Our client is a well-established Commercial Bank with a strong presence in Hong Kong. They are looking for an experienced HRBP Manager to join the Human Resources team. This is an individual contributor role responsible for partnering closely with business stakeholders while also driving HR systems administration and enhancement initiatives, particularly within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platform.

Your new role
  • Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner to designated business units, providing professional HR advice and support to managers and employees.
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, talent management, employee relations and performance management initiatives.
  • Support annual HR processes including headcount planning, budgeting, performance appraisal, promotion exercises and compensation reviews.
  • Advise stakeholders on HR policies, employment-related matters and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned business functions, working closely with hiring managers to attract and retain talent.
  • Act as the key HR representative for Applicant Tracking System (ATS) administration, maintenance, enhancement and implementation projects.
  • Participate in HR transformation initiatives, process improvements and ad hoc projects as assigned.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 6 years of Human Resources experience, with solid exposure in HR Business Partnering or Talent Acquisition.
  • Prior experience within banking, financial services or commercial banking environments is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS implementation, enhancement or project management would be a strong advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work independently and influence business leaders.
  • Good understanding of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent command of Chinese and English, including the ability to read and write Chinese professionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
