Your new role
- Serve as the first point of contact for client and banker enquiries related to digital banking platforms and services.
- Provide support via phone, email, ticketing systems, and face-to-face interactions.
- Assist users with login issues, platform navigation, digital tools, and basic troubleshooting.
- Promote the adoption of digital banking solutions and AI tools across the business.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Support digital transformation and AI-related projects as required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Open to fresh graduates and junior candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to support regional stakeholders.
- Presentable, proactive, and comfortable working with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Open to candidates from both banking and non-banking backgrounds with customer service, client support, or stakeholder-facing experience.
- Basic knowledge or interest in AI tools and digital technology is an advantage.
- Fast learner with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
