HK Derivatives Sales Analyst (12 Months Contract)

We're looking for a highly analytical and driven professional to join a dynamic Equity Derivatives team, supporting sales, traders, and structurers in delivering innovative solutions to institutional clients across Asia.

Your new role

• Partner closely with Sales, Traders, and Structurers on daily trade flow activities, including pricing support, trade execution, and booking.
• Assist in the origination and execution of equity derivatives transactions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Trading, Middle Office, and Treasury to ensure smooth post-trade processing.
• Support business initiatives, system enhancements, UAT testing, and process improvement projects.
• Leverage technology and data to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Knowledge of Equity Derivatives products and financial markets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with databases such as Access.
• Fluent Mandarin speaker with strong communication skills.
