Your new role
- Design and implement business quality and governance frameworks across distribution channels
- Drive initiatives that enhance sales quality, customer outcomes and operational effectiveness
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify key risk areas and develop appropriate control measures
- Conduct regular risk assessments and monitor key governance indicators
- Support intermediary onboarding, review processes and ongoing oversight activities
- Provide recommendations to strengthen distribution practices and business controls
- Assist in regulatory, compliance and internal review exercises
- Promote a strong culture of accountability and governance across the business
- Participate in strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ Years of experience in Risk Management, Governance or Internal Control
- Strong knowledge of Life Insurance Distribution and Operations
- Solid communication skills in Cantonese and English
- Able to manage senior stakeholders and build strong working relationships
