EUC IT Engineer (In-house, 55K Up)

We are seeking a motivated IT Engineer with a strong infrastructure foundation who is also curious and adaptable, with an interest in emerging technologies for one of our Global Top-tier in-house clients.

Your new role

• Design, implement, and support workplace solutions across Microsoft 365, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Drive automation and operational efficiency using tools such as PowerShell, APIs, and workflow platforms.
• Participate in infrastructure and EUC architecture planning, including security, identity, and device management.
• Manage and coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality project delivery and support.
• Maintain system reliability, availability, and performance in line with SLA and security standards.
• Support endpoint management solutions such as Intune, MDM, and endpoint security platforms.
• Explore and recommend innovative technologies (e.g., AI-assisted IT operations, analytics tools) to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
  
  What you'll need to succeed
  
  
• Solid experience in IT infrastructure, including a mix of end-user computing, systems, and/or cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies such as Windows, Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and collaboration tools.
• Exposure to scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, APIs) with a mindset to improve efficiency.
• Familiarity with infrastructure fundamentals such as networking (TCP/IP, VLANs), servers, and security concepts.
• Interest or experience in emerging technologies such as AI, automation platforms, or data-driven IT operations is highly valued.
• Good communication skills in English; Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
