About the role

You will play a vital role in driving sales growth, enhancing channel strategies, and building strong relationships with bank partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage strategies for the assigned bank partners to maximize sales performance and growth.
• Identify growth opportunities within the channel, setting sales targets and KPIs to drive performance.
• Cultivate strong relationships with partners to enhance collaboration and support.
• Provide training and support to bank partners, ensuring they are well-equipped with product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to inform channel strategies.
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment with distribution strategies.
• Regularly review sales performance metrics, preparing reports and presentations for senior management.
• Provide guidance and support to subordinates to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business related field
• 8+ years of experience in sales management within the insurance industry, preferably with managing bancassurance channel
• Strong in coaching and training sales staff on insurance products
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Qualification Papers 1, 3 license holder with other professional certification is highly preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Associate Director
