Job Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise end-user computing environments, including Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint), Active Directory, and Entra ID.
- Manage Windows endpoints throughout their lifecycle, including provisioning, imaging, re-imaging, software deployment, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Administer endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM to ensure device compliance and security.
- Provide hands-on L2/L3 support for Windows desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration technologies in an enterprise environment.
- Support endpoint security initiatives, including patch management, device compliance, vulnerability remediation, and security best practices.
- Maintain meeting room technologies, video conferencing solutions, VoIP systems, and collaboration tools.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
- Work closely with internal IT teams, vendors, and service providers to support technology rollouts, upgrades, and day-to-day operations.
- At least 5 years of hands-on End User Computing (EUC) experience in an enterprise environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID (Azure AD) .
- Experience managing Windows 10/11 endpoints, including imaging, re-imaging, software deployment, patch management, and endpoint lifecycle management .
- Experience providing L2/L3 end-user support within medium to large enterprise environments.
- Good understanding of endpoint security , including Windows patching, device compliance, and vulnerability remediation.
- Experience supporting meeting room technologies, Microsoft Teams, VoIP, and collaboration platforms is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business users and technical teams.
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese.
- Hong Kong work authorization is required.
