About the job

Job Responsibilities
  1. Administer and support enterprise end-user computing environments, including Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint), Active Directory, and Entra ID.
  2. Manage Windows endpoints throughout their lifecycle, including provisioning, imaging, re-imaging, software deployment, patching, and troubleshooting.
  3. Administer endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM to ensure device compliance and security.
  4. Provide hands-on L2/L3 support for Windows desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration technologies in an enterprise environment.
  5. Support endpoint security initiatives, including patch management, device compliance, vulnerability remediation, and security best practices.
  6. Maintain meeting room technologies, video conferencing solutions, VoIP systems, and collaboration tools.
  7. Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
  8. Work closely with internal IT teams, vendors, and service providers to support technology rollouts, upgrades, and day-to-day operations.

Requirements
  1. At least 5 years of hands-on End User Computing (EUC) experience in an enterprise environment.
  2. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID (Azure AD) .
  3. Experience managing Windows 10/11 endpoints, including imaging, re-imaging, software deployment, patch management, and endpoint lifecycle management .
  4. Experience providing L2/L3 end-user support within medium to large enterprise environments.
  5. Good understanding of endpoint security , including Windows patching, device compliance, and vulnerability remediation.
  6. Experience supporting meeting room technologies, Microsoft Teams, VoIP, and collaboration platforms is an advantage.
  7. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business users and technical teams.
  8. Good command of spoken English and Chinese.
  9. Hong Kong work authorization is required.
