Job Description

• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to confirm attendance and manage end-to-end event logistics.
• Manage all conference-related communications, including invitations, email correspondence, and stakeholder updates.
• Respond promptly to enquiries and proactively follow up to ensure smooth coordination across all parties.
• Maintain and update event data accurately within internal systems on a regular basis.
• Support the Marketing team by coordinating with speakers and collecting presentation materials in a timely manner.
• Monitor key timelines and ensure all stakeholders are informed of important deadlines and deliverables.
• Travel within the APAC region as required to support onsite event execution.
• Assist with onsite event setup and provide professional front-of-house support during registration and conference activities.
• Prepare post-event reports and summaries, contributing to continuous improvement of future events.
