Job Description
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to confirm attendance and manage end-to-end event logistics.
- Manage all conference-related communications, including invitations, email correspondence, and stakeholder updates.
- Respond promptly to enquiries and proactively follow up to ensure smooth coordination across all parties.
- Maintain and update event data accurately within internal systems on a regular basis.
- Support the Marketing team by coordinating with speakers and collecting presentation materials in a timely manner.
- Monitor key timelines and ensure all stakeholders are informed of important deadlines and deliverables.
- Travel within the APAC region as required to support onsite event execution.
- Assist with onsite event setup and provide professional front-of-house support during registration and conference activities.
- Prepare post-event reports and summaries, contributing to continuous improvement of future events.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using basic office software and tools.
