About Our Client

Our client is one of the Big 4 bank in Hong Kong and they are currently looking for a Relationship Management Support Officer to be responsible for client due diligence, assist relationship manager with focus in private banking clients.

Job Description

• Assisting relationship managers with client onboarding and account maintenance processes.
• Preparing and managing client documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requests.
• Maintaining accurate client records and updating relevant systems as needed.
• Addressing client inquiries and escalating issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
• Monitoring account activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Supporting ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the team.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree holder of Business Administration or relevant discipline
• Fresh graduate or candidate with relevant of working experience in KYC/CDD field within banking/ Financial Services sector
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Good speaking and writing skills in English and Chinese
