Job Description

As a Fund Accounting & Admin Associate, your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements for various funds and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Monitoring daily fund operations and resolving discrepancies effectively and efficiently.
• Assisting with the preparation of management reports and investor communications.
• Coordinating with internal and external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records for all assigned funds.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless financial processes and reporting.
• Supporting the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes within the Financial Services sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Fund Accounting & Admin Associate should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fund Admin are welcome
• A strong understanding of fund accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
