Commodities Trader/Structurer

A Chinese-owned securities house with an active Global Markets platform in Hong Kong is building out its commodities trading capability.

What you'll do

1. Trade commodities products, including market making, futures and swaps
2. Manage day-to-day book risk
3. Work with sales and structuring colleagues to help clients hedge commodity exposure
4. Contribute to shaping the desk's product and client focus as it grows

What you'll bring

1. Hands-on trading experience in commodities, or a closely related derivatives product with a genuine path into commodities
2. Sound risk management discipline
3. Ideally, some exposure to market making
4. Tier-1 bank or leading Chinese securities house background preferred
