VP/D/ED - Structured Solution Sales

A Chinese-owned securities house with an active Global Markets platform in Hong Kong is looking to strengthen its structured solution sales team.

What you'll do

1. Sell structured and hedging solutions, not flow, across rates, FX, liquidity and equity-linked products
2. Originate opportunities directly with institutional and corporate clients
3. Partner closely with the structuring desk to shape bespoke solutions
4. Own client relationships from initial pitch through documentation and execution

What you'll bring

1. A strong track record selling structured products or derivative-based solutions
2. Experience with notes, swaps, options or similar cross-asset structures
3. A proven ability to originate business, not just distribute
4. VP to ED level; tier-1 bank or leading Chinese securities house background preferred

Bonus points for

1. Cross-border or QDII-related structuring experience
2. Familiarity with Greater China institutional clients
3. Mandarin fluency
