Job Description

As an investment manager, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and execute investor relations strategies to enhance shareholder value and market perception.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company, institutional investors, analysts, and shareholders.
  • Prepare quarterly earnings presentations, investor materials, annual reports, and other market communications.
  • Organize and support earnings calls, roadshows, investor meetings, and capital market events.
  • Monitor analyst reports, consensus estimates, peer performance, and market trends.
  • Conduct financial analysis, valuation assessments, and shareholder targeting activities.
  • Provide management with insights on investor sentiment, market expectations, and competitive positioning.
  • Support equity and debt financing transactions, M&A activities, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with disclosure regulations and stock exchange requirements.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, Legal, and Corporate Communications teams on external messaging.
The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or Capital Markets.
  • Prior experience in a leading investment bank, equity research firm, or buy-side investment institution preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and capital markets.
  • Experience building financial models and analyzing company performance.
  • Proven ability to engage with institutional investors, fund managers, and research analysts.
  • CFA, MBA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
