Our client, a well-known investment bank, is looking for an operations analyst to join their trading operations team.
Your new role
- Set and improve processes to make trade execution smoother and reduce risk
- Monitor compliance performance and prepare reports for management
- Work closely with Sales, Trading, Compliance, and Operations to ensure trades follow rules
- Identify common issues and fix root causes to improve timelines and accuracy
- Ensure trades are booked correctly and align with internal policies and regulations
- Manage and resolve any exceptions or errors quickly
What you'll need to succeed
At Least 1 year of experience in operation within a banking industry
Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and financial products
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
