Legal Counsel, Global Asset Manager
About the job
Global Asset Manager is seeking an experienced lawyer to take a lead on Hong Kong legal matters while also assisting with some offshore China matters when required. You will work closely with the business and handle daily tasks including reviewing / drafting / commenting on fund documentation and taking a lead on SFC / Funds related matters. This is a broad hands-on role with high visibility. For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity to manage in the future.
The successful candidate possess at least 7 years of PQE gained from asset management companies and / or international law firms. Strong communication / interpersonal skills are required with fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. You must be able to handle tasks independently.
