IT Support (Finance)

We are currently looking for a talented IT Support Engineer for one of our most sizeable financial clients.

Your Responsibilities:

• 
  Provide technical support on Windows hardware, software, and network-related issues
  
• 
  Troubleshoot and resolve problems across various systems and applications
  
• 
  Provide support for Windows operating systems, VMware environments, and backup operations
  
• 
  Execute routine operational tasks and manage IT asset inventory records
  
• 
  Document standard procedures for support and operations, contributing to the internal knowledge base
  
• 
  Assist in coordinating and implementing IT projects
  
  Requirements and Qualifications:
  
  
• 
  1-3 years of solid experience in Windows system support
  
• 
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  
• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure Cloud services
  
• 
  Strong team collaboration skills, effective communication, and excellent organisational abilities
  
• 
  Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
