- Handle enquiries from agency recruiters regarding new agents' contracting and registration
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including IA registration and onboarding
- Act as a case manager to liaise with regulators and relevant parties on application-related enquiries
- Assist in reference checking processes, including obtaining and following up on consent from external parties.
What you'll need to succeed
- University graduate in any discipline
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience (insurance industry experience is preferred)
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude
