Vice President, Debt Capital Market Division (Fixed Income Department)

Responsibilities:

1. Perform DCM origination and execution function, carry out credit analysis and documentation
2. Establish and Maintain good relationship with clients, provide them with effective advice, proposal and solutions on financial products, DCM investments
3. Assist in bond issuance matters including coordination with issuers and other professional parties including lawyers, auditors, trustees, etc
4. Manage DCM initiatives including but not limited to post-investment follow up.
5. Prepare and facilitate internal project approval process to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements, to ensure smooth and timely executions
6. Support team head in various ad-hoc tasks and projects related to DCM

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in finance, economics, accounting or law, qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Type 1 & 4
2. Minimum 5 years DCM execution experience
3. Holder of CPA is preferred
4. Equipped with sound financial market knowledge, rules and regulations of capital markets of HK and PRC market
5. Good analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
6. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
7. Proficiency in oral and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
