Core Responsibilities

1. Formulate the strategic development plan and annual operating plan for the brokerage business
2. Lead and coordinate the SFC Type 2 license application process
3. Provide technical support for cross-border spot-futures business development of large-scale corporates
4. Design the business architecture, product matrix, and tiered client service system
5. Track industry trends, competitor developments, and regulatory changes, and adjust business strategies in a timely manner
6. Ensure the brokerage business complies with SFC and Mainland China regulatory requirements
7. Establish internal risk control systems, including KYC, AML, suitability management, and anti-money laundering

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above (preferably in Finance, Economics, Management, Law, or related disciplines)
2. 8+ years of working experience in futures brokerage
3. Familiarity with foreign trade and cross-border hedging processes of export enterprises
4. In-depth knowledge of domestic and international commodity futures markets and cross-border arbitrage rules
5. Professional competence: full-stack understanding of Hong Kong, A-share, and U.S. equity brokerage operations

1. 制定经纪业务年战略规划与年度经营计划
2. 负责统筹SFC-Type2·牌照申请工作
3. 为众多大型实体企业跨境期现业务发展提供技术支持
4. 设计业务架构、产品矩阵、客户分层服务体系
5. 追踪行业趋势、竞品动态、监管变化，及时调整业务策略-
6. 确保经纪业务符合-SFC-及内地监管要求
7. 建立内部风控体系(KYC/AML/适当性管理/反洗钱)

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历(金融/经济/管理/法律等相关专业优先)
2. 8·年以上期货经纪业务的从业经验
3. 熟悉外贸，出口企业跨境套保业务流程
4. 熟悉商品期货国内，国际市场跨境套利规则
5. 业务能力:熟悉港股/A股/美股经纪业务全链条
