Job Description
As a Director, Data Management & AI Governance, Data Governance, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and data protection laws.
- Overseeing data quality management initiatives and driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data governance objectives with business goals.
- Providing guidance and training to stakeholders on data governance best practices.
- Monitoring and reporting on data governance metrics and key performance indicators.
- Managing data-related risks and ensuring effective controls are in place.
- Leading a team of professionals and fostering a culture of data accountability.
A successful Director, Data Management & AI Governance should have:
- Proven expertise in data governance within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of data management principles, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in developing and implementing data governance strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as data science, information systems, or technology.
- Annual salary between HKD 1,080,000 and HKD 1,320,000.
