Key Responsibilities
- Drive agency strategic planning and transformation initiatives to improve productivity, recruitment quality, and sustainable business growth.
- Analyse agency performance data, identify trends and gaps, and translate insights into actionable strategies and business recommendations.
- Lead strategic projects and performance improvement initiatives, utilising data diagnostics to achieve targeted business outcomes.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive benchmarking to support business planning and decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and strategic recommendations to senior management, agency leaders, and regional stakeholders.
- Partner with agency management and cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and monitor business results.
- Engage and influence diverse stakeholder groups across the organisation to drive alignment and successful execution of transformation programs.
- Support the development of agency operating models, performance frameworks, and talent growth strategies.
- Navigate and manage a multi-cultural and mixed agency environment, ensuring strategies are relevant across diverse agency profiles and leadership groups.
Key Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in insurance agency distribution, agency strategy, business planning, agency digital or transformation roles.
- Strong agency distribution knowledge with hands-on operational experience and a deep understanding of agency management, productivity, recruitment, and leadership development.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data, market intelligence, and performance diagnostics into actionable strategies and business decisions.
- Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and transformation programs that deliver measurable improvements in targeted business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging data and insights to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong familiarity with managing diverse, multi-cultural, and mixed agency profiles, with the ability to navigate different business models, leadership styles, and market dynamics.
