Job Description
- Build and lead a team of quantitative researchers and analysts, establishing a firm-wide source of truth for risk and commercial performance.
- Optimize pricing, spreads, client segmentation, customer lifetime value, and conversion strategies through data-driven experimentation.
- Enhance market-making performance through analytics on quoting quality, inventory management, capital efficiency, and liquidity provider performance.
- Own real-time exposure monitoring, P&L attribution, routing optimization, flow toxicity analysis, and hedging effectiveness measurement.
- Develop analytical frameworks to detect fraud, abuse, arbitrage, and suspicious trading activity, partnering closely with operational teams to reduce losses and improve detection speed.
- Deliver board-level insights, maintain model governance standards, and support business expansion into new asset classes.
- 10+ years' experience in quantitative analytics, trading risk, or quantitative research with proven leadership experience.
- Strong track record of shaping commercial and risk decisions through analytics and quantitative modelling.
- Deep expertise in at least one of the following: retail FX/multi-asset brokerage, market making/HFT, or derivatives risk.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, statistics, machine learning, and large-scale data analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior executives and business leaders. Fluent in English and Chinese.
