  • Trade Execution: Execute orders for Hong Kong equities, global markets, and structured products (e.g., Equity-Linked Notes, Warrants, CBBCs, OTC Derivatives) accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Order Management: Monitor order flow, client orders, and market movements, ensuring compliance with internal risk parameters and external regulatory guidelines.

  • Desk & Sales Support: Serve as a key liaison between the trading desk, institutional/retail sales, and client service teams to provide real-time market updates, trade confirmations, and quotes.

  • Post-Trade Operations: Coordinate with middle/back-office and settlement teams to resolve trade discrepancies, breaks, and allocation issues.

  • System & Process Enhancement: Assist in testing, refining, and automating trading software, order management systems (OMS), and algorithmic tools to improve execution efficiency.

  • Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with HKEX rules, SFC regulations, internal risk controls, and market conduct standards.


skills & experiences required.

  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in equity trading, global market dealing, or structured product operations within a securities firm, investment bank, or broker-dealer.

  • Licensing: Currently licensed (or eligible to be licensed) under SFC Type 1/ Type 2 / RA1/ RA2

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Hong Kong equity market (HKEX), derivative instruments (Warrants/CBBCs), and basic structured product payoffs.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with trading platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon, Fidessa, or proprietary OMS/EMS systems). Proficiency in Excel (VBA or Python is a plus).

  • Language Skills: Excellent command of English and Cantonese; fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred.

  • Key Traits: High attention to detail, calm under pressure, strong numerical sense, and excellent communication skills.
