Job Description

As a Fund Accounting Operations Officer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily PE fund accounting operations and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for audits and compliance requirements.
• Overseeing cash flow management and fund transactions.
• Providing support for portfolio valuations and performance analysis.
• Ensuring timely and accurate handling of investor queries and reports.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and industry practices.
• Streamlining operational processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Fund Accounting Operations Officer should have:

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience in fund accounting or financial services operations.
• Big 4 or Fund Admin candidates with PE knowledge is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
