Our client is a well-known Investment Bank. Currently, they are looking for a Product Due Diligence specialist to join their private wealth division.
Job Description
- Managing the PWM product shelf, including product monitoring, reporting, and prospectus updates
- Conduct due diligence on investment products (equities, fixed income, ETFs, structured products), including issuer analysis and product review
- Monitor market trends and provide insights through research and data analysis
- Partner with internal stakeholders on regulatory updates, product development, and risk considerations
- Ensure compliance across the product lifecycle, from design to documentation
- Support projects to enhance product processes and controls
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
- At least 2+ years' experience in banking, preferably private banking/wealth management
- Good knowledge of investment products (FI, equities, structured products, derivatives)
- Strong Excel and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; VBA is a plus
- Fluent in English; Cantonese/Mandarin advantageous
