Job Description
As a (Senior) Relationship Manager, Cross-Border Payments, your main responsibilities will include:
- Drive new business development and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire corporate clients with cross-border payment, overseas account, and RMB settlement needs.
- Understand client requirements and recommend tailored payment and treasury solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
- Conduct regular client meetings and business development activities to uncover new opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Analyze transaction data and provide value-added insights to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and improve sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize products, processes, and customer service delivery.
A successful (Senior) Relationship Manager, Cross-Border Payments should have:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly within payment solutions or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Technology & Telecoms industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
