Key Responsibilities

Stream 1: Entity Restructuring & Target Operating Model (TOM)
  • Operational & Customer Assessment: Evaluate structural and operational changes from the customer and business partner perspectives, ensuring compliance with local insurance regulations and consent frameworks .
  • Regulatory Alignment: Identify potential operational bottlenecks or regulatory constraints to ensure seamless execution aligned with local delivery timelines .
  • Project Governance: Lead overall project steering, structuring restructuring plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and engaging local entity representatives .
Stream 2: Enterprise Systems & Digital Platform Rollouts
  • Cross-Border Implementation: Drive the regional implementation of core group initiatives, including a enterprise project management system, HR core platform, and customer/partner web portals .
  • Matrix Liaison & Escalation: Act as the central liaison between Global/Group PMOs, Regional Leadership, and local market teams to ensure alignment, track milestones, and manage governance escalations .
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Secure buy-in from senior executives and regional business units across the entire project lifecycle .
Key Requirements & Experience
  • Experience Level: 6 to 10 years of proven experience in project management, business transformation, or management consulting, with a strong emphasis on cross-border initiatives across APAC .
  • Industry Background: Solid exposure to Insurance, Financial Services, or Consultancy (FSI Practice) is highly preferred . Experience in B2B2C or partner distribution models is an asset .
  • Executive Presence & Governance: Demonstrated ability to communicate complex matters clearly to C-level stakeholders, manage conflicting priorities, drive decision-making frameworks, and mitigate project risks .
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken) are required for effective stakeholder management across East Asian markets .
  • Availability: Candidates available immediately or with short notice will be prioritized .
