Job Description
- Conduct regulatory assessments across IT projects to identify compliance gaps and ensure alignment with HKMA guidelines
- Lead end-to-end delivery of regulatory change initiatives within a controlled banking environment
- Partner with IT teams to design and prioritise implementation plans for compliance-related programmes
- Act as a key liaison between technology, risk, and compliance functions
- Provide clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and governance forums
- Ensure programmes are audit-ready with transparent governance and proper documentation
- Coordinate across multiple teams to streamline delivery and maximise efficiency
- Contribute strategic input on regulatory and technology-driven change initiatives
- Degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT, risk, audit, or banking environments
- Proven track record managing regulatory or technology change programmes
- Strong understanding of Hong Kong IT regulatory landscape (e.g. HKMA requirements)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex regulatory concepts into actionable outcomes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
