About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Execute M&A, IPO, and financing transactions from origination through closing
- Build and review financial models, including valuation, DCF, LBO, and accretion/dilution analyses
- Prepare pitch books, information memoranda, management presentations, and client materials
- Conduct industry research, financial analysis, and due diligence
- Coordinate with internal teams, legal advisors, accountants, and external stakeholders
- Support senior bankers in client communication and deal execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or related fields
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Solid understanding of capital markets and corporate finance concepts
- High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to perform under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin / Cantonese is a plus, depending on coverage)
