- Lead the administration, support, and life cycle management of enterprise Linux and Windows platforms in a highly available production environment.
- Drive platform stability, security, patch management, and vulnerability remediation in accordance with technology and regulatory standards.
- Champion automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Partner with application, network, cloud, and cybersecurity teams to deliver infrastructure projects and technology upgrades.
- Provide technical leadership for incident, problem, and change management, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or platform support, with strong expertise in Linux and/or Windows Server environments.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise technologies such as VMware, Active Directory, scripting/automation tools, and cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
- Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
- Experience within banking, financial services, or other regulated environments is highly preferred.
