About the job

Our client is a leading financial group in Hong Kong. They are looking for an IT Operations Coordinator for the IT Service Team.

Responsibilities

  1. Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding, managing IT equipment allocation and retrieval.
  2. Track and audit IT assets, ensuring accurate records in asset management systems.
  3. Handle procurement of IT hardware, software, and accessories, coordinating with vendors for optimal terms.
  4. Oversee monthly mobile billing, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  5. Support IT budgeting and expense tracking for cost efficiency.
  6. Act as a bridge between IT and other departments, enhancing communication.
  7. Assist in streamlining workflows with HR for user transitions.
  8. Manage purchase requests, approvals, and delivery schedules.

Requirements

  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 1–3 years in administrative or IT support roles.
  3. Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
  4. Familiarity with asset management and procurement processes.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  6. Basic knowledge of IT hardware and software management.
  7. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  8. Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
  9. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in teams.
