Drive credit card portfolio growth through the end-to-end design and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns, usage programs, and loyalty platform enhancements.

Job Purpose:
Drive credit card portfolio growth through the end-to-end design and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns, usage programs, and loyalty platform enhancements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive Spending & Usage: Formulate and execute end-to-end credit card usage marketing programs and reward platform strategies to achieve business targets.
- Retention & Engagement: Implement targeted spending stimulation programs and retention strategies to boost customer engagement and loyalty.
- Reward Platform Enhancement: Support the continuous enhancement of reward platform and digital features to adapt to evolving market trends and elevate the overall customer journey.
- Collateral & Content Management: Partner with advertising agencies to develop high-quality marketing collateral. Oversee digital content updates and maintain the reward platform content for an optimal user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth, compliant, and seamless deployment of marketing programs.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance against KPIs to deliver data-driven insights for program optimization.
- Budget and Expense Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently including forecasting, expense tracking and timely invoice settlement.
- Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of marketing experience in retail banking, with a focus on credit card products
- Experience in product management of credit card products, project management, or collaboration with Card Associations will be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to numerical details and budget management
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team player
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
