Key Responsibilities
- Lead PMO activities: planning, milestones, risks, and reporting
- Track delivery across key work streams (Tech, Ops, ALM, Mandates, Alternatives)
- Coordinate data gathering to build a clear current-state view (processes, structures, R&R)
- Develop governance frameworks (RACI, decision rights, committees)
- Draft internal service agreements and SLAs
- Manage stakeholders across Investment, Risk, Finance, Ops, Legal, and consultants
- Support CIO with board materials and implementation roadmap
Requirements
- Experience in project management/PMO within financial services or investments
- Exposure to operating model transformation or governance design
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Structured, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
