TA

The TA role involves supporting talent acquisition and recruitment processes within the organisation. This position plays a critical part in identifying and securing suitable candidates to meet the company’s staffing needs. The role reports to the recruitment or HR team, with a focus on delivering successful candidate placements within a short-term project. Success is measured by the timely and effective sourcing of candidates for the specified position.

• Coordinate talent acquisition activities and liaise with hiring managers


• Source and review candidate applications to match job criteria


• Manage candidate communication and scheduling for interviews


• Maintain accurate records of recruitment progress and updates

Requirements

• On-site working environment
