About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor investment portfolios for compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, investment mandates, and risk limits.
- Investigate and resolve compliance breaches, exceptions, and guideline violations.
- Prepare portfolio analytics and regulatory reports, including asset allocation and fund performance monitoring.
- Enhance compliance monitoring tools and processes to support new products and evolving market requirements.
- Perform NAV validation, reconciliations, and valuation checks to ensure fund pricing accuracy.
- Support oversight of complex investment products, including listed and OTC derivatives.
- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in asset management operations, fund administration, or investment compliance.
- Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio monitoring, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with Bloomberg AIM, compliance rule coding, or investment monitoring systems is highly desirable.
- Proficient in English and Chinese with strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ownership mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality stakeholder support.
