Finance System Manager (up to 70-75K, Property)

Your new role

• Work with finance and business stakeholders to understand requirements and turn them into effective system solutions.
• Support the design and improvement of ERP, finance, leasing, and related enterprise applications.
• Review existing application workflows, integration points, and data flow to improve system efficiency and reporting consistency.
• Partner with internal IT teams, vendors, and business users to deliver system enhancements, projects, and ongoing improvements.
• Ensure solutions meet business, security, audit, data privacy, and operational requirements.
• Provide guidance on system design, project delivery, issue resolution, and best practices across the finance application landscape

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise application, ERP, finance systems, or solution design.
• Experience in finance, ERP, leasing, property, real estate, commercial, or financial services environment would be an advantage.
• Good understanding of application architecture, system development life cycle, and business process improvement.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders, business users, IT teams, and vendors.
• Good command of English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
