Agile Business Analyst - Premier HK Enterprise

About the Opportunity

We are currently partnering with a premier, high-profile organization in Hong Kong to hire multiple experienced Business Analysts for an initial 6-month contract.

You will work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional technology teams to drive backlog discovery, refine user stories, and translate complex business requirements into high-value delivery outcomes within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with Product Owners to lead backlog identification, refinement, and prioritization activities.
• Elicit, analyze, and document clear, actionable business and functional requirements.
• Author high-quality user stories and Gherkin-based acceptance criteria adhering to BDD/TDD frameworks.
• Facilitate workshops and drive constructive discussions across business, product, and technology stakeholders to establish clarity.
• Analyze complex business problems and map business processes to support scalable solution design.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Core BA Fundamentals: Proven expertise in requirements engineering, process modeling, business analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Agile & BDD Focus: Hands-on experience with Agile delivery practices, including practical exposure to BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) or TDD (Test-Driven Development) approaches.
• Gherkin Syntax: Demonstrated track record of writing high-quality Gherkin user stories ( Given / When / Then ).
• Communication & Facilitation: Outstanding communication skills with a track record of constructively challenging ideas and aligning diverse team views.
• Availability: Immediate or short notice period is preferred
