About the job

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Perform maintenance and IT system administration, such as network, server room and IT equipment;
  2. 1st tier support - Troubleshooting of PC, printer, mobile device, network, application issues, etc.;
  3. Work and coordinate with group support team to perform troubleshooting;
  4. Responsible for daily system operations activities and network maintenance;
  5. Prepare technical documentation & User Manual;
  6. Assist in establishing and reviewing IT infrastructure policy, such as SOP and guidelines;
  7. Assist in IT inventory management and IT operating budget management;
  8. Other ad hoc tasks as required by supervisor and business needs.

Education and Professional Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.

Experience and Skill Requirements

  1. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in IT supporting;
  2. Experience in Windows environment, Microsoft Office, Outlook and mobile device support;
  3. Broad technical knowledge on general office desktop applications and network;
  4. Knowledge on Network, Proxy and VPN;
  5. Knowledge on finance systems, such as Bloomberg;
  6. Independent, well-organized and self-motivated, able to work under fast paced and result driven environment.
  7. Good time management skills, able to prioritize and multitask.
  8. Strong communication skills.
  9. Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
