Job Description

  1. Digital Asset Initiatives--oversee end-to-end project management for digital asset initiatives
  2. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver compliant solutionsPayment Systems
  3. Streamline integration between payment systems and digital asset platforms
  4. Identify opportunities to enhance payment efficiency and user experience
  5. Diagnose process bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies
  6. Establish SOPs and promote automation adoption
  7. Align technology, compliance and business teams for project delivery
  8. Provide executive updates on project KPIs

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  2. 5+ years of experience in banking technology projects.
  3. Proven track record in managing UAT, system integration, and payment network projects (e.g., FPS, SWIFT,CIPS).
  4. Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis, reporting, and system validation.
  5. Strong analytical skills to assess technical impacts and propose solutions aligned with business goals.
  6. Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese for effective communication across regional teams and partners.
  7. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
