About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned capital markets professional to spearhead our secondary market transactions and strategic investor engagement initiatives. This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role at the intersection of equity capital markets and investor relations, offering significant ownership and visibility across our platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Deal Origination & Execution: Identify, structure, and lead secondary market transaction opportunities across block trades, refinancing, share disposals, and equity placements for listed company clients; serve as a trusted advisor on bespoke transaction structuring and capital markets strategy
2. Institutional Investor Coverage & Relationship Management: Leverage and continuously expand a deep, proprietary network of institutional investors across Hong Kong and US equities; orchestrate high-caliber roadshows, institutional engagements, and research-driven investor matching to optimize execution outcomes
3. Capital Markets Platform Leadership: Drive the planning and delivery of flagship capital markets events including earnings presentations, Investor Days, and marquee annual conferences; elevate the firm's market positioning and brand equity among the institutional investment community

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related discipline; advanced degree (MBA/CFA) a plus
2. Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in ECM / Equity Sales at a reputable Sino-Hong Kong brokerage or bulge bracket firm; candidates with senior IR experience at Hong Kong-listed corporates or leadership roles at capital markets-focused institutions (e.g., HKIRA) are strongly encouraged to apply
3. Languages: Native-level fluency in English and Mandarin with demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end institutional communication in English; Cantonese proficiency is a distinct advantage
4. Location: Hong Kong or Shenzhen preferred; willingness to travel frequently across Greater China and key investor markets is expected
