Insurance Business Analyst/Project Manager

Inspire Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager to join one of our biggest Insurance Clients. As a Business Analyst/PM, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and optimizing processes within our client on a Core Insurance Transformation Program. What you'll be doing

1. Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting detailed business requirements from stakeholders
2. Designing innovative solutions to complex business problems
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and test new systems and processes
4. Providing ongoing support and continuous improvement to existing systems and applications
5. Communicating effectively with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
6. Mentoring and training junior business analysts to support their professional development

What we're looking for

1. 5-8+ years of experience in a business analyst/PM role within Insurance industry
2. Understanding of Life Insurance products and processes
3. Experience with a Transformation project
4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
5. Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
6. Proficiency in business process modeling, data analysis, and requirements gathering
7. Experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks
8. Degree in a relevant field such as business administration, information systems or a related discipline
9. Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) are necessary
