Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the overall marketing strategy and roadmap, aligned with business growth objectives, product roadmap, and commercial priorities.
  • Lead integrated marketing across growth, brand, performance, product, content, lifecycle/CRM, partnerships, and events to drive awareness, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Build and optimize multi-channel acquisition engines (paid media, organic/social, affiliates, influencers, partnerships, and offline activations) while ensuring strict compliance with financial services regulations.
  • Own the full user funnel with clear accountability for performance evaluation system
  • Drive product marketing and go-to-market strategies for new features, products, and platform enhancements, including positioning, messaging, value propositions, and multi-channel launches.
  • Establish and evolve brand positioning, narrative, and creative platforms that differentiate the platform in a crowded market and resonate with retail investors.
  • Manage marketing budgets, agency/vendor relationships, and external partners with a strong focus on efficiency, attribution, and measurable performance.
  • Partner closely with Product, Compliance/Legal, Data, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are compliant, insight-driven, and tightly aligned with the user journey and business goals.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments; translate insights into actionable strategies and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Define and track KPIs, deliver regular performance reporting and insights, and continuously test/optimize campaigns and channels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 12+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a team management role
  • Proven track record in fintech, online brokerage, trading platforms, investment platforms, or financial services.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering measurable user growth and revenue impact.
  • Deep expertise across digital and performance marketing channels, lifecycle/CRM, content, integrated campaigns and marketing technology stacks common in growth-stage fintech
  • Strong understanding of the retail investor journey, trading platforms, and regulatory requirements in financial marketing (e.g., advertising rules, disclosures, compliance review processes).
  • Strong in stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
